Eastwood (Fey woods)

Eastwood is under the protection of the Circle of Stars. This alone keeps most folks from venturing far into east wood or from harvesting it's abundant herbs. The druids also serve as a barrier to many of the potential aggressors from the dragon scale swamp, a situation which few ruling parties of Wyverndale would risk jeopardizing. While harvesting trees on a large scale is out of the question, rangers occasionally travel in the east woods gathering fallen ironwood from the secret groves that dot the forest. Eastwood is also called "the Fey-woods" by some locals due to the large populations of fairies, pixies, and dryads thought to inhabit the forest. This may cause some confusion with some travelers who know of a northern forest with that name.
